REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at muradcarellc@yahoo.com. Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or damaged.

Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
  • Non-defective returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Inspection and Processing Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 5-7 business days. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. You must report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care goods (beauty products, skincare items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items, clearance items, or items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Restocking Fee A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns to cover processing and handling costs.

Partial Refunds We may issue partial refunds in the following cases:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in original condition or with missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and approve your return, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note:

  • Refunds are processed only to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or we made an error)
  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
